Feedback makes the work better but if it’s delivered inconsistently or sporadically it can become a distraction. To make life easier for your team create a sheet or form to collect consolidated feedback (a DAM is great for this too). This is the template I use and it's been successful across some of the most successful Creative orgs in the world.
